Network and IT Architecture_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US _x000D_ _x000D_ PROFILE: _x000D_ _x000D_ You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any related field in University, and you have proven experience in Network management _x000D_ You demonstrate strong leadership and are willing to mentor and grow junior team members _x000D_ You sound convincing and persuasive _x000D_ You are analytical, dynamic and autonomous _x000D_ You are curious and enjoy continuous learning _x000D_ You sound convincing and persuasive _x000D_ You are team-oriented and love to help your colleagues, fostering a consensual atmosphere for team building _x000D_ COMPETENCIES: _x000D_ _x000D_ You are familiar with IT infrastructures Linux Systems (Debian, RedHat) and virtual environments (VMWare, KVM)_x000D_ You master the following protocols: TCP/IP networks, routing protocols, QoS and security architectures (WAN and LAN), Cisco validation designs, F5 and Juniper SRX family_x000D_ You can demonstrate strong knowledge in Cloud computing, networking and system assurance _x000D_ You have knowledge of Cisco and Juniper Network Equipment, VMware, Windows Server Infrastructure _x000D_ You are able to produce well-structured and written documentation and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences _x000D_ NICE TO HAVE: _x000D_ _x000D_ + [Specific knowledge linked to the domain / product / project - to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition] _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ LIFE AS A Hitachi Rail NETWORK AND IT ARCHITECTURE ROLE _x000D_ _x000D_ As a Network and IT Architecture Role within Hitachi Rail, you will: _x000D_ _x000D_ Develop test plans on network architectures and systems _x000D_ Carry out activities, engage with other stakeholders to manage and implement an IT programme _x000D_ Work with requirement owners and system design engineers to create serial data interfaces for new features _x000D_ Perform router administration, network analysis and monitoring _x000D_ Roadmap network system and advise process improvements _x000D_ Collaborate with the network engineers, network administrators and other professionals in network setup and configuration_x000D_ Examine and evaluate the network performance and make changes wherever required _x000D_ Understand architectural methods and frameworks and their application to network, server architecture and design _x000D_ Integrate IP networks based on networking architectures, routers, firewalls, servers and gateways _x000D_ Manage the network security systems including firewalls and network access control systems _x000D_ Troubleshoot network architecture and making recommendations for system findings and enhancements _x000D_ + [Other specific info - to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition] _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ YOUR CAREER AT Hitachi Rail _x000D_ _x000D_ Future opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
