As an Associate – Financial Control & Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process discipline across business operations, while supporting the organization's governance framework.

What you will be doing :

• Review and validate Credit Notes, ensuring accuracy of terms and adherence to company policies
• Conduct Purchase Analysis, including verification of booking flow in SAP
• Verify accounting and financial records for subsidiary companies
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including proper documentation and reporting
• Support financial control processes and identify gaps or inconsistencies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial entries and process alignment

What we are looking for :

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 0–2 years in Finance / Accounting / Compliance roles
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with ownership and maintain process discipline
