PhysicsWallah Limited is looking for a dedicated Associate – Counsellor to support prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey. This role focuses on providing accurate guidance, ensuring smooth coordination of admission processes, and delivering a positive experience while adhering to institutional policies and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students and parents by explaining admission procedures, available courses, eligibility criteria, and required documentation through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Provide continuous support during the admission process by addressing queries and ensuring timely completion of application formalities.

• Review student applications to verify academic qualifications and ensure compliance with admission guidelines.

• Maintain accurate admission records, student data, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.

• Prepare and share regular updates and reports related to admission activities with the Centre Head/Management.

• Build strong communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of concerns.

• Contribute to creating a positive, student-friendly environment that reflects the values and culture of the institution.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in the JEE/NEET domain.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

• Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.

• Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.
