MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - Associate Imports Team within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.

Summary: The Imports Team is responsible for managing end-to-end import logistics, including accruing freight charges, submitting Importer Security Filings (ISF) and customs entries to U.S. Customs, tracking shipment departures and arrivals, generating delivery orders for container pickups, and performing additional tasks as required to support smooth import operations.
Process Associate Imports
1. Accruing charges/ rates for the materials we are importing from different countries to different
destination.
2. Importer security filing & customs entry to US customs for the materials we ship.
3. Confirming the departure date & Arrival date to the destination for the all shipments.
4. Creating delivery orders for the container pick up from the port.
5. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline with overall 1-3 years of work experience.
2. Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.
3. Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.
4. Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (verbal & written).
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
