Job Description

The Associate provides essential administrative and operational support to the Mental Health team. This role focuses on data management, report preparation, facility coordination, and financial administration to ensure smooth programme delivery and compliance with organisational standards.

Job Responsibilities

Programme Coordination and Implementation

  • Perform general administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, and filing
  • Coordinate facility-related matters such as maintenance requests and space usage
  • Support procurement processes including sourcing, quotations, and purchase requests
  • Assist in processing internal budget claims and tracking expenditures

Data Collection and Reporting

  • Collect, compile, and organise programme and case-related data
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports

Programme & Team Support

  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings and team activities
  • Provide support during community events and outreach programmes as needed
  • Liaise with internal departments for operational and finance-related matters

Ad-hoc Duties

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organisational needs

Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience

Relevant Experience

  • Experience in related field of work would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates may welcome to apply

Competencies

  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
