About the Role

We're looking for someone who can build and manage a strong mentor network for founders — finding the right experts, understanding founder needs, making relevant matches and ensuring the engagement actually helps.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong outreach, relationship management, founder understanding and execution.

What You'll Do

• Source, evaluate and onboard mentors, CXOs, founders, operators and domain experts
• Understand founder needs across different stages and sectors
• Match founders with the right mentors based on the problem they are solving
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors
• Run 1:1 mentorship, cohort sessions, webinars and other founder interventions
• Own outreach, scheduling, communication, follow-ups and documentation
• Track mentor activation, founder participation, feedback and outcomes
• Use data and feedback to improve mentor quality and founder experience

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years in community, programs, startup operations, partnerships or founder-facing roles
• Experience working directly with founders/startups
• Strong outreach and networking skills
• Good understanding of the startup journey and founder challenges
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-through
• Comfortable with CRM/community tools, trackers and basic data analysis
• High ownership and ability to work independently
