Job Description

Responsibilities:

Transcribe medical reports and documents accurately and efficiently
Listen to audio recordings from healthcare providers and convert them into clear, structured written reports
Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness
Adhere to confidentiality protocols and data security guidelines at all times
Maintain accurate records of all transcriptions, updates, and revisions
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear or incomplete information
Provide training and support to other transcriptionists when required
