Job Title: Associate - Buying

Experience: 2.0-4.0 years

Job Description

As an Associate - Buying, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process of goods and services for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the selection of suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Working closely with the Buying team, you will help maintain optimal inventory levels, track market trends, and analyze supplier performance to support strategic decision-making. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be key to identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing the purchasing process.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, and other departments will be essential to streamline operations and maintain a competitive edge in the market. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs will be critical in ensuring smooth and efficient buying operations. By staying informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market dynamics, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization's procurement function.
