Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate - Marketplace to drive our presence and performance on major U.S. marketplaces. This role is pivotal in executing our Annual Operating Plan to achieve aggressive sales targets, optimize operations, and foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, leveraging strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our brand's visibility, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end operations for marketplace, ensuring smooth product listing, inventory sync, and order fulfillment.
- Handled product onboarding, catalog management, and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitored daily sales performance, pricing, and promotional activities across marketplaces.
- Coordinated with internal teams (logistics, catalog, and tech) to resolve listing, inventory, and order-related issues.
- Ensured compliance with marketplace SLAs, including shipping timelines and order accuracy metrics.
- Worked on marketplace integrations (e.g., Magento) for order processing, tracking updates, and inventory management.
- Analyzed performance metrics and implemented strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management, and inventory workflows.
- Familiarity with marketplace integrations/tools (e.g., Magento or similar OMS platforms).
- Knowledge of order processing, fulfillment cycles, and shipping SLAs.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or retail media (e.g., Roundel) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
