Job Description - Associate - Marketplace and Qcom

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Monitor and process orders within defined SLA/TAT.
• Manage marketplace POs, including PO validation, inventory checks, pricing, appointments, and dispatch coordination.
• Monitor SOH/DOH and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to avoid OOS and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Manage returns, RTOs, RTVs, claims, and marketplace discrepancies.
• Identify and follow up on payment deductions, debit notes, pricing discrepancies, and revenue leakages.
• Ensure accurate product pricing, inventory, catalog information, and marketplace data.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and track marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
