Role Overview
The Marketing Operations & Production Associate is responsible for on-ground execution, production coordination, and operational marketing support across Vianaar's brand, sales, and homeowner-facing initiatives.
This role bridges content production, vendor coordination, inventory management, and cross-team execution, ensuring marketing deliverables are produced to standard, delivered on time, and aligned with brand and business priorities.
1. Content Production & Shoot Coordination
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for new properties, brand initiatives, and ongoing marketing requirements.
- Coordinate production for social media campaigns, including lifestyle films, client testimonials, brand-led narratives, and campaign-specific digital assets.
- Conduct location scouting and site recces prior to shoots to assess logistics, lighting, permissions, and readiness.
- Prepare shoot schedules and manage timelines with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Manage on-ground execution to ensure adherence to briefs, brand guidelines, and efficient use of resources.
- Track post-production workflows including raw footage, edits, revisions, and final asset handover.
- Maintain visibility on production calendars to align with campaign and launch timelines.
2. Collateral Production & Inventory Management
- Manage production of print and physical marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, sales kits, and event materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, timelines, and quality checks.
- Oversee handover and distribution of collaterals to Sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility on inventory levels and ensure timely availability.
3. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for printers, fabricators, and production vendors.
- Share clear briefs and specifications to ensure brand-aligned execution.
- Track deliveries and proactively flag risks, delays, or quality issues.
- Coordinate corrective actions when required.
4. Sales & Internal Team Support
- Support Sales teams with timely access to marketing collaterals and campaign materials.
- Coordinate event-specific and launch-related marketing requirements.
- Ensure alignment between marketing outputs, sales priorities, and timelines.
5. Warehouse & Quality Control Oversight
- Support warehouse-level quality checks for marketing materials.
- Ensure materials are printed, packed, and delivered as per approved standards.
- Track movement of materials between vendors, warehouse, and internal teams.
6. Process Adherence & Operational Discipline
- Follow established marketing SOPs for production, inventory, and dispatch.
- Maintain documentation for vendor communication, timelines, and execution status.
- Support workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
