About the Role
This role will support ElasticRun's marketing and communications efforts across brand building, demand generation, and product-led business initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs that drive qualified leads, support revenue growth, and strengthen ElasticRun's positioning across fulfilment and technology-led logistics solutions.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
- Integrated Marketing: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across content, digital, ATL and BTL campaigns with a clear focus on generating qualified leads while strengthening ElasticRun's brand presence.
- Lead Generation and Campaign Performance: Own and support B2B lead generation initiatives through content marketing, events, digital campaigns, website assets, and sales enablement, tracking performance and continuously optimizing for lead quality and conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong alignment between business goals and marketing outputs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and stakeholder alignment across teams and agencies.
- Content Strategy and Long-form Writing: Create high-quality long-form and short-form content including blogs, white papers, case studies, website pages, sales decks, internal communications, and campaign narratives with strong storytelling and business clarity.
- Market research: Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to align messaging, content themes, and positioning for fulfilment, and logistics offerings.
- SEO expertise: Support website content updates and optimization to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Job Specification (What Will You Need)
- Qualification & Experience: MBA from a reputable institution, a seasoned marketing professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in 360-degree marketing for B2B and B2C brands.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Excellent research and analytical skills to inform content, campaigns, and positioning
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong storytelling capability with a sharp eye for structure, clarity, and tone across formats
- Experience driving engagement and reach across digital, social, and content-led channels
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, HR, Design, and Leadership teams
- Solid visual and design sensibility, with hands-on experience using tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar, and the ability to partner closely with designers on execution
- Strong project management skills with a focus on execution discipline and timelines
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation best practices
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning initiatives end to end
