Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Associate Manager Marketing at Buzznation. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads. You will work closely with the marketing head to create compelling content for the company's marketing campaigns,Account based Marketing, manage social media posts and accounts, and analyse performance metrics and reporting. This role is based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Buzznation's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content including posts, campaigns, reels, presentations, and marketing communication. Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key enterprise clients and prospects
Coordinate with internal creative, design, and business teams for campaign execution
Track social media analytics, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
Support brand-building initiatives, event marketing campaigns, and thought leadership activities
Stay updated on marketing trends, digital tools, and industry best practices
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation and social media management
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
