Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and re-engagement campaigns
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals
Analytics & Business Understanding
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency
Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives
Strategy & Execution
Support marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations
Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
Education & Background
MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute
Strong academic and professional background
Experience
56 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies
Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
