We are looking for a motivated Associate Marketing Engineer (AME) to support marketing, business development, and client acquisition activities. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

This is a client-facing and growth-oriented role ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and eager to build a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels

Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities

Conduct market and competitor research

Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in client interaction and negotiation

Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts

Ability to generate and convert leads

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Knowledge of CRM tools

Exposure to startup environment

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
