Astrogate Labs builds advanced laser communication systems for satellites and high-speed terrestrial links. Our customers include ISRO and leading global commercial operators.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on marketing professional strong in foundational marketing—collaterals, research, storytelling, events, and brand building. This is not a digital advertising role; the focus is real, execution-driven marketing that strengthens Astrogate's brand and presence in the space-tech ecosystem.

While immediate joiners are preferred, applicants who've been between roles for over six months may not find this role the best fit. This is also not a fresher-friendly position—it requires strong execution from day one, with learning happening along the way. We will consider employment stability as well; frequent job switches may carry slightly less weight during evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Content & Collaterals

• Develop brochures, pitch decks, datasheets, case studies, newsletters, and announcements.

• Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

• Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Website & Blog Management

• Manage and update website pages and blogs.

• Coordinate with internal teams for content and regular updates.

• Ensure the website reflects the latest product and company developments.

Social Media & Communications

• Build monthly content calendars; draft and publish posts (primarily LinkedIn).

• Create creatives via Canva/Adobe or coordinate with designers.

• Track engagement and align communication with brand priorities.

PowerPoint & Presentations

• Create high-quality, visually strong presentations for customers, investors, partners, and events.

• Build structured, clear storytelling decks for leadership.

Events, Exhibitions & Representation

• Lead planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.

• Manage booth setup, collaterals, logistics, interactions, and follow-ups.

• Represent Astrogate professionally at industry events and forums.

Research & Market Intelligence

• Conduct research on markets, competitors, customers, and trends.

• Prepare concise meeting briefs for leadership.

• Maintain an organized repository of insights and documents.

Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing and brand communications.

• Strong writing skills and ability to simplify technical information.

• Proven experience managing websites and blogs.

• Excellent PowerPoint skills for polished, impactful presentations.

• Hands-on collateral creation using Canva/Adobe tools.

• Experience managing events/exhibitions end to end.

• High ownership, execution focus, and comfort working in an IC role with direct leadership interaction.

Good to Have

• Experience in aerospace, hardware, manufacturing, or deep-tech sectors.

• Exposure to technical or engineering-led teams.

• Familiarity with the Indian space ecosystem.
