About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Budget Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insightful reports, providing data-driven recommendations, and supporting the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate reports and visualizations to present data-driven findings to stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvement
  • Support the development and maintenance of data-driven decision-making frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and recommend enhancements
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Elicit, document, and manage budget requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are appropriately reflected in business deliverables

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate budget updates and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration

Heres What You Need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Years of experience: 2–5 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
