About The Role
The
Marketing Operations Specialist will support the Marketing and Corporate Communications (MCC) department by assisting with day‑to‑day marketing operations, data updates, reporting, and campaign coordination. This role focuses on execution support, data accuracy, and process adherence to help ensure smooth marketing delivery across channels.
Working closely with Marketing Operations Analysts, campaign managers, and cross‑functional teams, the Specialist will help maintain marketing data, update reports, support website hygiene, and assist with campaign tracking activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to marketing systems, reporting tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing operations while building a strong foundation in data‑driven marketing execution.
Key Role Deliverables
▪ Assist in preparing and updating structured marketing performance reports across digital, email, paid media, and website channels
▪ Provide visibility into campaign progress, performance trends, and operational status to leadership
▪ Support campaign planning and readiness through coordination, documentation, and tracking
▪ Ensure website and digital assets remain aligned to campaign priorities and timelines
▪ Uphold standards for data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational documentation across MCC
Operational Responsibilities
Marketing Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports across channels
- Track defined campaign KPIs for digital, email, paid media, and website initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardized definitions across all reports and dashboards
Report Automation and Process Optimization
- Support the automation of recurring reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing operations workflows and reporting discipline by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and enhance processes within MCC
Website Hygiene and Coordination
- Conduct regular audits of website content to identify broken links, outdated information, and basic SEO gaps
- Document issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams to support timely fixes and updates
- Assist in reviewing landing pages and website assets to ensure accuracy and campaign readiness
Campaign Execution and Tracking Support
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels
- Ensure tracking frameworks (UTMs, codes, tagging standards) are planned and documented
- Monitor campaign performance and flag key insights, trends, and issues for review
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support timely campaign rollouts
Marketing Data and CRM Management
- Support data hygiene initiatives by monitoring data quality issues and remediation efforts, while ensuring accurate tagging, segmentation, and alignment with reporting requirements
- Assist with lead management processes and marketing performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and applicable standards
Prerequisites
▪ Strong analytical mindset with proven experience working with structured marketing data, performance reports, and
dashboards
▪ Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, filters, pivot tables, and basic data modeling for
reporting purposes
▪ Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, website, social) and associated campaign performance
metrics
▪ Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and process discipline across marketing
operations
▪ Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
▪ Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize deliverables, and meet timelines in a fast‑paced, structured environment
▪ Experience supporting marketing campaigns, reporting cycles, and operational workflows end‑to‑end
Good To Have
− Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), including data hygiene and reporting
− Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
− Exposure to marketing automation platforms
− Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website content best practices
Experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Analytics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
