The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, operation and maintenance of IBM WebSphere Portal environments across various platforms including RHEL and Windows. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our WebSphere infrastructure while supporting application deployments and user access requirements.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain traditional deployment of HCL Digital Experience/DX (IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Servers/WAS) in Linux environmentInstall, configure, and maintain container based deployment of HCL DXInstall, configure, and maintain IBM HTTP Server (IHS) for reverse proxy setup and integration with HCL DXInstall, configure, and maintain instances of HAProxyInstall, configure, and maintain instances of HCL LeapImplement disaster recovery procedures and perform regular backup/restore activities.Configure SSL certificates for secure communication on IHS and WebSphere PortalHandle WebSphere Portal/HCL DX migrations and apply cumulative fixes and interim fixesConfigure and troubleshoot WebSphere resources such as JDBC providers, data sources, and connection pools.Deploy portal artifacts using release builder, XMLAccess, and ConfigEngine tools.Set up and manage high-availability environments such as DB2 HADR.Optimize system performance and apply security best practices across the WebSphere environment.Ensure LDAP-based security integration and manage user/group access policies.Actively monitor system health, respond to alerts, and resolve incidents within SLA.Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.Required Skills & Experience:Strong knowledge of HCL DX platform (IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server)Experience in workinQualification
