Associate Manager - UPI Business

About the Team

At Navi, the UPI team is responsible for driving the success of our UPI platform, owning the P&L and working in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Tech and other support functions. The team focuses on expanding the customer base, boosting revenue and optimising costs through continuous improvement.

About the Role

We're looking for a strong candidate to uncover user behaviors, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities. The candidate will have to partner across business stakeholder teams to drive data-informed product decisions and improvements. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on growth.

What We Expect From You

Key Ownerships

• Data Analysis & Insights Collect, analyze, and interpret product impact across key metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights
• Experimentation Work closely with cross-functional team to translate insights into product experiments and improvements
• Performance Tracking Define, track, and report key owned product metrics to measure success.
• Reporting Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Must Haves

• Graduate with strong academics, extra curricular, communication and ambition for career growth
• Strong SQL skills to pull and manipulate datasets; Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis
• Strong analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management and customer-first thinking.
• Experience in payments is good to have
