Role Overview:

The Associate Manager Total Rewards will support our global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. In this role, you will manage critical rewards operations, run data analysis, contribute to compensation cycles, and support ESOP and benefits administration across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to shape employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and build strong foundations for future rewards leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the global compensation philosophy across India, Southeast Asia, and the US.
  • Maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation bands while conducting market benchmarking for tech/product roles.
  • Assist in running annual and mid-year compensation cycles through data preparation, modeling, analytics, and coordination with HRBPs and Finance.
  • Support ESOP administration including grant processing, vesting schedules, communication, employee education, and cross-functional compliance.
  • Help design and administer incentive programs such as bonuses, variable pay plans (including sales incentives), and rewards & recognition initiatives.
  • Assist in managing global and local benefits programs by coordinating with brokers and vendors, supporting renewals, claims data, and employee experience insights.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits governance, documentation accuracy, and compliance across India, Malaysia, Singapore, the US, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on compensation metrics, pay equity, cost modeling, and global benchmarks for leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and HR Ops to ensure smooth rewards operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, or related rolespreferably in high-growth tech, product, or internet companies.
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and data analysis.
  • Exposure to ESOP administration, equity workflows, and variable pay programs.
  • Experience working with multiple geographies (India + SEA or US exposure preferred).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets required)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail.
