10+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing/Recruitment.
Minimum 2+ years of Team Leader experience leading a team of sourcers / recruiters
Ability to design sourcing strategies and guide the team working on ground.
A predisposition to lead, drawing on core competencies of decisiveness and influencing, both within team and client management.
Analytical approach with an appreciation for specific processes. Ability to work within existing frameworks, but also recognise when a specific situation requires out of the box thinking.
Proactive mindset with an eye on assessing, measuring and improving performance.
Values market intelligence and utilizes available tools to support the team.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a highly motivated and competitive team.
