. Contributes to setting the performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring workload and progress
. Drives initiatives to improve candidate feedback mechanisms, ensuring the recruitment process for operational roles is responsive to candidate's needs, especially in addressing income continuity and security ...
. Provides guidance to the team on the design of accurate job descriptions for operational roles that reflect both the role requirements and the company's culture
. Partners with industry associations and local networking events to engage with contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
. Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Enterprise, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
. Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
. Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within Enterprise Grade Descriptor
. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
. Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders
. Responsible for end results of the team
. Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures
. Solves problems guided by policies and procedures receives guidance from managerKey ResponsibilitiesI. Quality Assurance and AuditingCreate account-specific audits and quality checkpoints for each account within your span.Conduct dip stick audits for team membersManage and effectively communicate all process-related updates and changes.Complete and close the feedback loop on all audit findings within 24 hours.Provide weekly updates to Leadership/stakeholders on quality metrics.II. New Hire Onboarding and TrainingMeet with new joiners during their Hyper Care period to confirm access, monitor training progress, and address any open queries.Provide updates on New Hire RC training, ramp performance, cross-training, and targets.Drive compliance training, including ROS compliance.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience with clear expectation settings.III. Performance Management and Daily AdministrationManage queues for respective accounts.Assist RC Managers with escalations, including building Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Plan of Action (POA) documents.Conduct monthly 1-on-1s.Drive performance rewards and recognition initiatives.Ensure that associates understand KPI metrics and actively drive the same in the team.Assist RC managers for data collation for events like Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Client visits to support employee engagement.IV. Reporting and AnalyticsPrepare utilization reports for your respective spans and overall portfolio utilization reports for stakeholders.Calculate Utilization and all other metrics for KPI and Bonus perspective.Assist and provide data points to Account Managers (AC managers) to conduct time studies.Provide weekly KPI summaries to leadership, ensuring bottom performers are called out and discussions are held with them.Help with any ad-hoc reporting requests from delivery partners.V. Business Process Improvement (BPI)Ensure the promotion of a Business Process Improvement (BPI) culture within teams.Drive the culture of innovation.Provide ideas and ensure that team-provided ideas are taken to the execution phase.Is this the job fo r you We would love to hear from you!
