Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner at the Associate Manager level to drive end-to-end hiring for business and technology roles across the organization. The individual will act as a strategic hiring partner to business stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of quality talent while strengthening employer branding and candidate experience.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy execution, data-driven recruitment practices, and the ability to hire for niche analytics and technology skill sets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
  • Drive hiring for Analytics, Data Science, BI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Consulting, Product, and Corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
  • Build sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and talent mapping.
  • Conduct screening discussions to evaluate technical fit, behavioral competencies, and culture alignment.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline visibility, market insights, and hiring analytics.
  • Influence hiring decisions through structured assessments and data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and business teams on manpower planning and hiring forecasts.

Recruitment Strategy & Operations

  • Improve recruitment processes, interview governance, and hiring turnaround time.
  • Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and niche talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring MIS reports.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Team & Process Contribution

  • Mentor junior recruiters or TA coordinators where applicable.
  • Contribute to process automation and TA best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects related to talent management, workforce planning, and employee branding.

Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of technology and analytics hiring landscapes.
  • 7-10 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Prior experience in analytics, technology consulting, IT services, or product organizations preferred.
  • Experience handling mid-level and niche hiring independently.
  • Expertise in sourcing niche talent across analytics and consulting domains.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS platforms.
  • Exposure to hiring for one or more of the following: Data Science, ML / AI, Tableau /Power BI, SQL / Python, Cloud & Data Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
