Job Summary
Anblicks Inc. is seeking a seasoned
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale IT hiring for niche and senior technology roles. This role requires a strong mix of
hands-on hiring, team leadership, and stakeholder management to support rapid growth across
Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level technology roles
- Hire niche skills across Cloud, Data Engineering, Big Data, Python, Spark, Java, DevOps, Analytics, and AI
- Act as a trusted partner to Delivery Heads, Hiring Managers, and Leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Lead and mentor TA team members, ensuring quality sourcing, screening, and timely closures
- Drive strategic sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and direct headhunting
- Ensure strong candidate experience and high offer-to-join conversion
- Handle salary fitment, negotiations, and offer releases
- Lead initiatives such as Employer Branding, IJP, Alumni Connect, Referral Programs, and TA process improvements
- Own recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring metrics, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT Services / Consulting organizations
- Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing delivery through others
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior business leaders
- Expertise in headhunting, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking
- Ability to balance strategic hiring priorities with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- BE (IT) / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent
- Proficiency with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and MS Office
