Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Demand Lead Generation Sales Associate to expand our presence in the EU and UK sports markets. This role will focus on building the sales pipeline through strategic demand generation initiatives, such as whitepapers, customer success case studies, and executing quarterly event calendars while overseeing a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales CRM software. You will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders in the organization to drive lead generation and expand our client portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects in the EU and UK sports industry
  • Develop and execute a quarterly demand generation calendar, including but not restricted to whitepapers, thought leadership IPs and case studies
  • Create and nurture leads via outbound campaigns, including targeted emails, social media, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Produce and promote whitepapers, customer success stories, and strategic thought leadership content
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize demand generation tactics to increase engagement and lead conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and maintain alignment on pipeline goals

Key Results Areas (KRA):

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets, delivering qualified leads to the sales team
  • Increase brand awareness and engagement through high-value content and demand generation activities
  • Optimize digital content to maximize lead generation and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales and demand generation in a B2B tech environment, ideally within the sports industry
  • Proven track record of creating and executing demand generation strategies, including events, content marketing, and outbound campaigns
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and demand generation platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and deliver measurable results
