Identify and develop client/business relationships in a dynamic environment.
Drive new business development via reaching out to clients, candidate references, industry events,
Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling and identifying new clients.
Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities.
Driving mid-senior level hiring for your clients.
Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.
Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates coming from B2B Sales in BFSI, Business Development , Customer Success, recruitment or client facing backgrounds willing to make their career in a commercial role encompassing Business Development & Recruitment.
