Job Description
The Associate Manager - SAP-SAP S4HANA MM will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department. This position involves implementing and configuring core MM functionalities, driving business requirement gathering, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and Valuation, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure MM functionalities: PR, PO, RFQ, release strategies, and inventory management.
- Implement SAP Business Partners, Material Master, Material Ledger, and Fiori Apps.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map processes to S/4HANA standards.
- Collaborate with SD, FICO, and EWM teams for seamless integration.
- Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Create functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
- Manage cutover activities and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Ensure data migration and Business Partner conversion are executed effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP MM with S/4HANA implementations.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and Valuation.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
- Strong technical skills, including Data Migration and Business Partner conversion.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A results-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
