As the Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP Planning - Delivery department. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing the IBP Demand team, ensuring efficient and effective implementation and utilization of SAP IBP solutions. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and office-based work, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of IBP Demand professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored SAP IBP solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and drive innovation within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other systems and processes.
  • Document and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for effective project management.
  • Identify and address any potential risks or issues during project implementation, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to enhance the skills and expertise of the IBP Demand team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients and team members on SAP IBP-related queries.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in SAP IBP implementations, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP IBP Demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP tools and technologies, including SAP IBP for Supply, Demand, and Response Management.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project requirements.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
