Job Description
The Associate Manager will play a crucial role in driving SAP IBP implementations, specifically the Order-Based Planning module. They will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, ensuring successful project deliveries, and providing expert guidance on supply planning and order-level optimization strategies. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's supply chain operations and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP IBP consultants, providing guidance and support on project implementations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP IBP projects, meeting client expectations and business objectives.
- Develop and execute supply planning strategies, utilizing the Order-Based Planning module in SAP IBP.
- Optimize supply chain processes, focusing on order-level planning and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of supply chain technology.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementations, with a strong focus on Order-Based Planning.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP modules, including Supply Planning and Demand Forecasting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel as required for project implementations and client engagements.
- Certifications in SAP IBP or related supply chain management disciplines are preferred.
