Job Description
The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative SAP Fiori applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. They will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions integrated with backend SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SAP Fiori developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP Fiori apps using UI5, ensuring a modern and user-friendly interface.
- Integrate OData services with SAP backend systems, enabling efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development process.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate best practices into development.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and development guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Fiori and UI5.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Fiori development, with a strong focus on UI5 and OData.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
