Job Description
As an Associate Manager in the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our SAP applications. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of developers to create modern, user-friendly SAP Fiori apps and OData services. These applications will be integrated with our backend SAP systems, providing a smooth and efficient user experience. Your expertise in SAP UI5 and Fiori development will be key to the success of this role, as you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP Fiori / OData developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP Fiori apps and OData services, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend SAP systems for efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the developed applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into our development practices.
- Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for future reference.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Fiori and OData development.
- Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Fiori / OData development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori apps, and OData services development.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with backend systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers is preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
