As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP IBP solutions, with a specific focus on Response Planning and Supply Planning. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating supply chain requirements into efficient and scalable IBP solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and drive innovative supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP IBP projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP IBP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP IBP modules, particularly in Response & Supply Planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP IBP implementations with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business users, ensuring a smooth adoption of SAP IBP.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP IBP configurations and customizations.
  • Document and maintain project plans, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning (RSP) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP development and programming is essential.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex SAP IBP projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to complex issues.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and best practices is an advantage.
  • Certifications in SAP IBP or related fields will be an added benefit.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
