Job Description
As an Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in our SAP implementation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and support SAP applications, working closely with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery. You will be a key member of our technical team, driving innovation and excellence in SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP ABAP programs and modules, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and configure SAP modules, customizing them to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, resolving issues promptly.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and system understanding.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SAP projects, meeting client expectations.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the SAP community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Proven track record in designing and developing complex SAP applications, with successful project implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of ABAP programming, including OOP concepts, and experience with SAP HANA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts, including SAP PI/PO.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
