Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Manager – Recruitment (Non-IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end hiring activities across business functions through both lateral and campus recruitment initiatives.

The role involves stakeholder management, recruitment planning, team coordination, vendor management, employer branding, and driving quality hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success, Academic Alliances, Training, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Non-IT hiring, campus engagement programs, recruitment operations, and team handling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lateral Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across multiple levels.
  • Handle hiring for functions such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success, Training, and Academic Alliances.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, social hiring, and networking.
  • Conduct recruiter screening, salary discussions, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
  • Ensure closure within defined TAT and maintain hiring quality metrics.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and volume hiring roles.
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors and monitor vendor performance.

Campus Hiring

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges, universities, and B-schools.
  • Build relationships with placement officers and academic institutions.
  • Manage campus engagement activities including pre-placement talks, internships, hiring drives, and career events.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, selections, and onboarding activities for freshers.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across campuses and social platforms.
  • Maintain campus hiring trackers, reports, and joining conversion metrics.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor recruiters/sourcers to achieve hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams for workforce planning.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies.
  • Improve candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in both lateral and campus hiring.
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and social hiring.
  • Good understanding of business and corporate functional roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring for Sales, EdTech, Operations, Training, or Business roles preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment consulting, EdTech, IT services, or technology organizations is an added advantage.
