Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager- Quality to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs while ensuring high-quality standards across the organization.

  • Manage and maintain the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and meet sampling requirements
  • Mentor and guide team members quality management practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Min of 5-6 years of mortgage experience and in those 1.5-2 years of relevant QA team leadership experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality domain
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Mortgage Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • I should have at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools
  • Certifications in Quality Management (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices quality management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
