Designation: Associate Project Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Overview

We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our team supporting a leading FMCG client as part of a dedicated in-source team. This role will work closely with the client and internal teams to deliver high-impact communications programs.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development of client tactical plans and cross-community implementation activities
• Successfully manage client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
• Develop initial client communications, key messaging and related materials
• Build client relationships, confidence and trust (at executional level)

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Good understanding of media landscape and media relations
• Knowledge of agency capabilities and integrated communications
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience Required

• 4 years of experience in Public Relations / Communications
• Experience working on corporate mandates; FMCG exposure will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in an agency environment preferred
