Create Project Execution Plans

• Deciding on proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for each project stage.
• Set targets for activities based on each phase of a project plan and ensure it meets client's specifications.
• Make estimations for timescales and costs using Microsoft Project & Excel.

Project Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor day-to-day work progress for projects and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
• Make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to the project manager.
• Make sure complex projects are handled on time and on budget by overseeing the project planning, inventory services, cost control, team leadership, and project management
• Study the impact of alternative approaches and prepare such alternative program to curb the delays, if any
• Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards and other tools for reporting of project health and status

Cost management

• Developing project plan with cost input
• Analyse expenses and identify opportunities to save cost
• Earned value analysis
• S-curve preparation
• Monitor receipt of client's invoicing in accordance to the project plan
• Monitor Vendor/contractor's payment in accordance to the project plan

Manage Stakeholder and Team Communication

• Works closely with others involved in a project
• Attends crucial meetings and provide current status updates to vendors, supervisors, and other stakeholders
• Managing overall project communications
• Driving continuous improvement by working with leadership teams
• Identify gaps in key performance areas and plan activities to increase overall project efficiency.
