Your Role
- Maintaining and improving the safety and quality standards for the site
- Raw material and packing material scheduling
- Part of the team for the tech transfer projects for the site
- Handling the contractual manpower
- Efficiency improvement/Yield Improvement/Productivity Improvement
- MIS for the Sites for Production
- Implementation/Maintaining the required standards /SOP of the company and ISO
- Keep the site Audit ready at any time for Housekeeping/Safety/Quality standards
- Stake Holder Management
- Should have experience in Automation
- Must possess strong knowledge of Unit Operations like distillation, heat transfer, mass transfer, process control automation.
- Must have knowledge of purification of Solvent and different purification techniques
- Must be a good communicator with Knowledge of Excel/Power BI/PPT.
- Should have analytical mindset to analyze the problem and help management to take the decision.
- Should have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & Characterization of new molecules/APIs.
- Must have experience of handling the contractual manpower
- Should have commercial Acumen and SAP environment.
- Must be a process-oriented person.
Who You Are
- Looking for a Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a background in Chemical Engineering.
