Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor digital printing machines such as Texco, Kornit, and Combination machines.
Handle digital dyeing/printing production processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Manage and supervise production during assigned shifts.
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Manage manpower on the production floor and allocate tasks efficiently.
Ensure proper workflow, safety standards, and housekeeping in the production area.
Maintain production records and report daily production status to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
