Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Household Current Account (CASA) customers through field sales and referrals.
- Drive deposit mobilization and maintain healthy account balances.
- Build and manage relationships with individual and business customers.
- Cross-sell products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Loans .
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.
- Achieve monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
