Job Description

Must Have

4- 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global benefits management

Experience In Vendor Management And Benefits Program Implementation

Preferred: Global Benefits, Benefits benchmarking, Rewards and Recognition. Strong understanding of benefits frameworks across multiple geographies (APAC, Middle East,UK, US preferred)

Benefits

  • Benchmark benefits programs against market trends and ensure competitiveness across regions
  • Administer employee benefits programs (medical insurance, annual health checkup, leave, and other programs).
  • Partner with leadership to evolve benefits in line with workforce needs and organizational growth
  • Lead the design, rollout, and harmonization of benefits programs across geographies (health, wellness, insurance, retirement, leave policies, etc.)
  • Manage global and regional benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants
  • Drive new initiatives such as flexible benefits, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs
  • Ensure all benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update policies
  • Establish governance frameworks for benefits administration
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, finance, legal, and leadership teams across regions
  • Act as the central point of contact for global benefits queries and escalations
  • Drive leadership alignment on benefits strategy and investments
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits data.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on benefits utilization, cost trends, and basis feedback propose new solution.
  • Assist in benefits communicationcreate awareness campaigns, FAQs, and walkthroughs for members.

Rewards and Recognition

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PP POCs, business units, communications, etc.) to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with culture goals.
  • Track key metrics such as participation, feedback, and impact of recognition programs; prepare dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Manage the Long Service Anniversary calendar and ensure timely identification of eligible employees based on tenure milestones (e.g., 5, 10, 15 years).

Wellness

  • Plan and coordinate wellness initiatives including fitness challenges, health screenings, mental health sessions, webinars, and awareness drives
  • Masters degree in HR from reputed institute
  • Atleast 5 years of HR experience with exposure to Benefits and R&R
  • Previous experience working in a Mid-size IT Services company
  • Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and operational skills
  • A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and Canva
