By providing insights & solutions into their creditworthiness, consumers are empowered to make informed financial decisions, unlocking opportunities for loans, mortgages and greater financial stability.
On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets.

Associate Manager - Partnerships
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow partnerships with banks and NBFCs for Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
Manage partnerships with D2C brands to generate demand and scale transactions.
End-to-end ownership of partner relationships, including growth initiatives, escalations,invoicing, and billing.
Identify, onboard, and source new partners to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
Drive transaction scaling by identifying performance improvement opportunities and executing growth strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner conversion funnels using data and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Analytics, Product & Tech, Finance & Accounting, and legal teams for seamless execution.
Use data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Resolve partner-related challenges across operations, payments, legal agreements, and technical integrations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including banks, NBFCs, D2C brands, and internal teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail.
Experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus.
