Responsibilities
- Implement OT security architecture, policies, and technical safeguards.
- Supervise OT security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Coordinate security awareness sessions for plant personnel.
Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols.
Preferred Experience
- 6–10 years in OT security or industrial cybersecurity roles.
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of network and OT architecture.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across functions and manage escalations.
