Role Overview

The Associate Manager Inbound, Outbound & Inventory will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse execution covering inbound operations, outbound dispatch, and inventory control. The role requires strong operational discipline, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure SLA adherence, productivity improvement, and loss control.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound

• Ensure appointment compliance and vehicle arrival control
• Drive on-time GRN and inventory slot push
• Control inbound TAT
• Monitor inbound productivity (per case / per person)

Outbound

• Monitor batching performance and dispatch accuracy
• Ensure on-time shipping
• RCA for pending batching article lines
• Track full case / loose case batching productivity
• Control delivery returns and customer escalations

Inventory

• Monitor net shrink and net dump value
• Conduct daily inventory and asset audits
• Track stock ageing and drive corrective actions

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate the outbound and inventory teams
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and City Ops teams for issue resolution
• Ensure SOP adherence and continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

• 47 years experience in warehouse / supply chain operation
• Strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory control
• Experience in FMCG, F&V, e-commerce, or agri supply chain preferred
• Good people management and problem-solving skills
