Job description: Associate Manager - Network Development / Dealer Development

Location: Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Pune

About The Gig

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Network Development Associate Manager to support the expansion and optimization of our retail and service network across key markets. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, onboarding channel partners, coordinating cross- functional execution, and ensuring alignment with business expansion goals in the EV ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in dealer/distributor network expansion, preferably in automotive, EV, or retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations and partners for dealership expansion.
  • Drive end-to-end partner onboarding, including due diligence, commercial discussions, and agreement execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, legal, finance, and marketing for smooth network setup.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities and improve network efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
  • Monitor network performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Support launch planning and operational readiness for new dealerships.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, branding guidelines, and operational policies across the network.
  • Prepare MIS reports, expansion trackers, and business review presentations for leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of experience in network development, dealer expansion, business development, or channel sales.
  • Prior experience in automotive, EV, retail, or mobility sectors is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
