Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with TA Head and Stakeholders to create and execute sourcing strategy to meet hiring demands for Airports BU.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business landscape
  • The ideal candidate should have a good demeanour and experience in Market mapping, direct sourcing techniques for volume and leadership hiring.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping to identify potential talent for positions for assigned BU.
  • Evaluate potential candidates for their fitment to the role.
  • Gather and analyze market data which can provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Build a good network and pipeline of candidates
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings on industry and talent availability and share recommendations to senior management
  • Step up for executive hiring lead in his/her absence.
  • Documentation and compliance management as per the process

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in TA
  • Good expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing, pipelining and market mapping for volume and niche roles.
  • Experience in sourcing profiles from direct sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms etc.

Education Qualification

  • Any Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
