The Role
As an Associate Manager – BD, you will manage key sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and guide the BD team while supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales cycles for mid to large opportunities.
Drive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Deliver impactful demos, proposals, and client presentations.
Build and retain long-term client relationships with upsell focus.
Support strategy execution and identify new business opportunities.
Mentor and coach Business Development Executives.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in SaaS/IT Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership qualities with mentoring exposure.
