Job Purpose
Drive growth and engagement for the loyalty program by managing content strategy, creative direction, and marketing communications across all channels. Own end-to-end campaign execution, website content, and partner communications to deliver a consistent, customer-centric brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app, social, web).
- Coordinate creative briefs, approvals, and timely deployment.
- Track performance and optimize based on insights.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and refine member journeys (onboarding, upgrades, inactivity, redemption).
- Use data and feedback to enhance engagement and retention.
Segmentation & Personalization
- Collaborate with analytics to create dynamic segments and personalized messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Conduct A/B tests and provide actionable insights.
Partner & Offer Campaigns
- Manage co-branded campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Support partner offers, tier upgrades, and limited-time promotions.
Content & Digital Management
- Maintain website, app, and email content aligned with brand tone and UX best practices.
BTL & On-ground Marketing
- Support airport activations and enrollment initiatives with creative collaterals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, and Tech teams for seamless execution.
