About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced resource to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts across various functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal requirements, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Negotiation:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements.

Contract Management and Administration:

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements.
• Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and renewals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law with 3+ years of experience
